Ironscapes

That certain afternoon 2003, when I entered my friend's apartment in Manhattan, the view of their fantastic backyard revealed itself to me. My friends only found the view dull and dusty, but I was absolutely thrilled. It was the beauty of deterioration in different stages of corrosion - but most appealing was the knowledge of time spent and lives lived before the the corrosion began transforming those storage-rooms and fire-escapes into abstract art-pieces in red, brown and green.
